eVOX CALLASSIST predictive dialer software dramatically increases productivity by automatically dialing, skipping busy, no-answer and disconnected lines, optionally leaving a voice message on answering machines and-most importantly-never involving you or your agent on call until a live person answers.
The software was invented to eliminate wasted time in telephone work. Typically, if a person manually dialed 100 phone numbers, fewer than 30 percent would be answered by a life person.

Direct inward dialing (DID) is a service offered by local telephone companies to connect the PSTN to a customers' private branch exchange (PBX) system. To reach users with VoIP phones, DID numbers are connected to our SIP gateway that is physically connected to both the public switched telephone network and the internet.
The gateway routes and translates calls between the two networks for the VoIP user. Calls originating in the VoIP network will appear to users on the PSTN as originating form one of the assigned DID numbers. Since the VoIP systems are not necessarily located in the same geographic area as the DID gateway, they are often referred to as virtual DID's.
